- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- consistent attendance and punctuality
- ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers

- prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
