Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in QSR or full service concept
- ServSafe certified
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel including some overnight
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, and lift
- Ability to work in office and restaurant environments
Job Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in QSR or full service concept
- ServSafe Certified
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Fully staff the store with quality people
- Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees
- Ensure the entire team is certified according to current training process
- Create a service oriented culture
- Promote an environment of fun and teamwork
- Evaluate performance and recommend salary increases
- Recommend, approve, and administer disciplinary actions, suspension, and/or termination
- Develop and grow team members and future managers
- Execute Del Taco standards and processes 100% of the time
- Maintain the facility and customer areas
- Maintain all equipment to operational and safety standards
- Deliver quality products to Del Taco standards every time
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards
- Ensure employees are in proper uniform
- Ensure a consistent service experience
- Ensure POP and signage are present and in approved location
- Identify and communicate sales goals daily, weekly, yearly
- Ensure right people are in right places according to sales
- Increase customer count and check average
- Maximize capacity and customer value
- Identify and execute Local Store Marketing opportunities
- Stay aware of local events and understand trade area and competition
- Execute speed and service standards
- Execute marketing promotions and campaigns flawlessly
- Maintain staffing levels to actual sales
- Comply with labor laws
- Accurately order and manage inventory to reduce waste and prevent theft
- Ensure cash handling procedures and standards are followed
- Perform cash audits and address issues
- Execute safety and health standards
- Minimize R&M/Supplies and Services costs by managing vendors
- Achieve and communicate controllable cost targets
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
