Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
- Multi-unit management experience a plus
- Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
- Ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG standards for quality and presentation
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels
- Accountable for successful onboarding and training plans for new hourly crew members
- Maintain a positive work environment for all crewmembers
- Provide a workplace free from hazards by following safety policies and conforming to laws and regulations
- Handle corrective actions for Coyle and NSF audits
- Use crewmember handbook and CBA to understand and communicate OTG policies consistently
