Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Multi-unit management experience a plus
  • Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG standards for quality and presentation
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels
  • Accountable for successful onboarding and training plans for new hourly crew members
  • Maintain a positive work environment for all crewmembers
  • Provide a workplace free from hazards by following safety policies and conforming to laws and regulations
  • Handle corrective actions for Coyle and NSF audits
  • Use crewmember handbook and CBA to understand and communicate OTG policies consistently
