- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment

Job Duties
- monitor and supervise daily operations of dining rooms and restaurants
- ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience
- work in conjunction with other department managers
- enforce policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties
- hold regular department meetings
- drive employee engagement and retention
- be on the floor during meal service
