Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • proven leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • ability to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety

Job Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
  • Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,
  • The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • As a restaurant manager, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service

  • Managing the operations and restaurant staff
  • Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
  • Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
