Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- proven leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and planning skills
- ability to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
Job Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have successful previous restaurant management experience in a fast food setting
- Strong skills in the areas of coaching and training, customer service, organization and planning,
- The ability to accomplish the sales and profit goals
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations: and 2 years of management operations experience in the restaurant, hospitality industry
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- As a restaurant manager, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service

- Managing the operations and restaurant staff
- Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Interview, hire, train and write-up staff
- Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant
- Management level openings range from shift managers, assistant managers, general managers
