Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance driven culture
- Knowledge of restaurant systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
- Stable working history with demonstrated upward career progress
- Current salaried management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
