Job Requirements
- Four plus years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience
- two years of management experience
- technology savvy with MS Office, Google Apps, Toast POS, and handheld devices
- understanding of social media
- understanding of P&L statement
- ability to stand and move for up to five hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- high personal standards
- passion for ocean and environmental protection
Job Qualifications
- At least four years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience
- minimum two years in management roles
- proven ability to train, mentor, and manage hourly employees effectively
- proficient with MS Office, Google Apps, Toast POS, and handheld devices
- understanding of social media platforms
- knowledge of profit and loss statements
- commitment to high standards and leading by example
- passion for environmental protection
Job Duties
- Effectively manage restaurant and team members within company policies
- provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all FOH staff during shifts
- ensure fast, accurate service with positive and polite guest interaction
- be the face of the restaurant introducing food and assisting guests with ordering
- conduct inventory and cash control procedures
- ensure cleanliness and proper setup of all service areas and dining spaces
- handle guest complaints professionally and sincerely
- complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative duties
