Job Requirements

  • Four plus years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience
  • two years of management experience
  • technology savvy with MS Office, Google Apps, Toast POS, and handheld devices
  • understanding of social media
  • understanding of P&L statement
  • ability to stand and move for up to five hours
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • high personal standards
  • passion for ocean and environmental protection

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of full-service restaurant hospitality experience
  • minimum two years in management roles
  • proven ability to train, mentor, and manage hourly employees effectively
  • proficient with MS Office, Google Apps, Toast POS, and handheld devices
  • understanding of social media platforms
  • knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • commitment to high standards and leading by example
  • passion for environmental protection

Job Duties

  • Effectively manage restaurant and team members within company policies
  • provide direction, leadership and mentoring to all FOH staff during shifts
  • ensure fast, accurate service with positive and polite guest interaction
  • be the face of the restaurant introducing food and assisting guests with ordering
  • conduct inventory and cash control procedures
  • ensure cleanliness and proper setup of all service areas and dining spaces
  • handle guest complaints professionally and sincerely
  • complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative duties
