- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
- Food safety and sanitation training completion
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification before starting work
- Compliance with all legally required certifications prior to employment

- Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
Job Duties
- Manage various areas of responsibility within the operation including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere
- Assist the General Manager to ensure efficient restaurant operations and adherence to company policies and standards
- Ensure timely compensation and quality service from vendors and suppliers
- Aid in the selection and recruitment of Front of House and Back of House employees
- Support the training, development, and performance management of restaurant employees, focusing on Front of House staff
- Assist with general business administration tasks including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- Promote the business by building sales, increasing profits, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining brand integrity
