Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age where applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant retail or supervisory roles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Completed or willing to complete ServSafe certification
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects including math and cost control

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect coaching and providing feedback recognizing achievements resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
- Hire train and develop staff planning staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and executing brand standards
- Complete required training including ServSafe certification
- Drive sales through execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Control labor food and cash costs ensuring safety and cleanliness
- Analyze business results identify opportunities and implement action plans
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant brand and franchisee policies
