Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age where applicable
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant retail or supervisory roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
  • Completed or willing to complete ServSafe certification
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including math and cost control

  • Restaurant retail or supervisory experience
  • Ability to express oneself clearly verbally and in writing in English
  • Math and financial management skills
  • Guest focus with ability to exceed expectations
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience in building effective teams and conflict management
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback coaching and support to team members

Job Duties

  • Promote a team environment by fostering respect coaching and providing feedback recognizing achievements resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
  • Hire train and develop staff planning staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and executing brand standards
  • Complete required training including ServSafe certification
  • Drive sales through execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Control labor food and cash costs ensuring safety and cleanliness
  • Analyze business results identify opportunities and implement action plans
  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant brand and franchisee policies
