Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and safety standards
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Experience in scheduling and staff management
  • Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Basic math skills for inventory and cost management

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending to hire hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant open hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
