- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- ability to manage confidential information
- strong organizational and planning skills
- proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two or more years of full service restaurant management experience
- completed food safety and sanitation training
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- successful experience in performance management
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
- ensure safety, cleanliness, and drink presentation
- assist general manager with operations and business administration
- support hiring and training of front and back of house staff
- manage performance of hourly employees
- oversee vendor and supplier relationships
- promote brand, build sales and profits
- maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
- schedule staffing and manage cash handling
- implement local marketing and catering services
