Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
  • ability to manage confidential information
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ability to handle changing priorities
  • intermediate math skills
  • ability to build relationships at all levels

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two or more years of full service restaurant management experience
  • completed food safety and sanitation training
  • valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • successful experience in performance management
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Manage hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • ensure safety, cleanliness, and drink presentation
  • assist general manager with operations and business administration
  • support hiring and training of front and back of house staff
  • manage performance of hourly employees
  • oversee vendor and supplier relationships
  • promote brand, build sales and profits
  • maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards
  • schedule staffing and manage cash handling
  • implement local marketing and catering services
