Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work long shifts including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license
  • strong leadership skills
  • availability to work 50 hours per week
  • commitment to company values and culture
