Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • consistent standing, kneeling, stooping, and pushing motions throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to train and coach team members
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • food order and chicken order
  • training and coaching team members
  • running a daily shift
  • forecasting, crew schedule
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • supervise product production
  • unload and stock inventory items as needed
  • prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • act with integrity and honesty, promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes
  • interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
  • willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
