Job Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
consistent standing, kneeling, stooping, and pushing motions throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
previous experience in restaurant management preferred
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to train and coach team members
excellent interpersonal skills
willingness to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Oversee guest services and resolve issues
food order and chicken order
training and coaching team members
running a daily shift
forecasting, crew schedule
adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
supervise product production
unload and stock inventory items as needed
prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
act with integrity and honesty, promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes
interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
