Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of relevant restaurant experience
ability to work full-time (48-55 hours a week)
excellent work ethic and dedication to hospitality
driven to meet or exceed operational excellence standards
strong communication skills
experience in restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
conflict resolution skills
capability to execute special events

Job Qualifications

1+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence-driven environment
excellent written and verbal communication skills
knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred
food safety knowledge
experience working with POS systems
recruiting and staff motivation skills
