Job Requirements
- At least three years of restaurant management experience preferably in high-volume or scratch-kitchen environment
- Experience managing revenues of 5 million dollars or more
- Strong hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling and inventory systems
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak business periods
- Ability to commute to downtown Chicago

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
- Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams
- Oversee staff training and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service
- Handle financial management including revenue tracking and labor scheduling
- Maintain inventory control and ordering processes
- Address guest concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction and reputation
