Job Requirements

  • At least three years of restaurant management experience preferably in high-volume or scratch-kitchen environment
  • Experience managing revenues of 5 million dollars or more
  • Strong hands-on leadership style with a guest-first approach
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-demand service settings
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor scheduling and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak business periods
  • Ability to commute to downtown Chicago

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
  • Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams
  • Oversee staff training and provide ongoing coaching
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service
  • Handle financial management including revenue tracking and labor scheduling
  • Maintain inventory control and ordering processes
  • Address guest concerns promptly to uphold satisfaction and reputation
