Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience including 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proven ability to manage operational workflows and inventory
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • lead with care making sure both employees and guests feel valued
  • thrive managing the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service
  • balance operational focus with people-first leadership
  • stay cool under pressure and encourage your team through busy shifts
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory effectively
  • deliver exceptional guest experience consistent with Cracker Barrel standards
