Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience working at Cracker Barrel
- ability to work 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills

- 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience including 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proven ability to manage operational workflows and inventory
- ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
