Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively

- At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced restaurant environments

- Proficiency in inventory and staff scheduling management
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent service
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Lead by example to inspire teamwork and high performance
- Maintain scheduling and labor cost controls to meet budget goals
