Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • possession of food handlers certification
  • possession of alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and equipment safety regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen
