Job Requirements
- Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week five 10-hour shifts
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and service standards
- Coach, train, and develop restaurant team members
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and food quality control
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive business results including sales and profitability
- Collaborate with home office support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
