Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading Team Members, managing efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and performance
- Drive sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional Guest experiences by championing refreshingly real hospitality, anticipating Guest needs, and promptly resolving concerns to ensure a WOW! experience
- Exceed compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor law adherence, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
- Own Team Member development by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and leading ongoing training
