Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

  • Minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

  • Proficient in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Motivate and develop team members to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Manage employee schedules and labor costs to maximize operational efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with home office support to implement business initiatives and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to maintain stock and minimize waste
