Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Valid food handler certification preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Commitment to uphold company standards and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventories
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Passion for guest service and kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation following recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperatures
  • Enforce appropriate security measures to ensure employee and guest safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values
