Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
  • Identify 5 Star Talent and manage scheduling to put the right people in the right roles
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General or District Manager
  • Drive sales and profits through effective restaurant management
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
  • Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Complete administrative tasks required by the position
