- College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team and fostering a positive work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and manage scheduling to put the right people in the right roles
- Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits through effective restaurant management
- Oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Complete administrative tasks required by the position
