Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
  • availability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to thrive under pressure
  • commitment to exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and ordering processes
  • ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality
  • maintain operational standards and compliance
  • handle staffing schedules and labor cost control
  • respond effectively to guest feedback and resolve issues
