Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience
- availability to work five 10-hour shifts per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to thrive under pressure
- commitment to exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- coach and develop restaurant team members
- manage inventory and ordering processes
- ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality
- maintain operational standards and compliance
- handle staffing schedules and labor cost control
- respond effectively to guest feedback and resolve issues
