Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience with Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong organizational skills
  • capacity to lead a diverse team
  • excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
