Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Lead the restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • Provide exceptional guest and employee experiences by fostering a culture of hospitality and care
  • Manage, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential and ensure high performance
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with home office support to resolve operational challenges and improve store performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
