Job Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- Provide exceptional guest and employee experiences by fostering a culture of hospitality and care
- Manage, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential and ensure high performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with home office support to resolve operational challenges and improve store performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
