Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
  • coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
  • manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
  • uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
  • foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
  • partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
