Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
- coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
- monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine care
- uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects Maggiano's culture
- partner with leadership to execute restaurant initiatives and drive results
