Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Fast casual and catering experience preferred but not required
  • Passion for customer service and team leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years experience in a high-volume restaurant role

Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Maintain team and guest focus on each shift
  • Partner with management in coaching and training teams
  • Oversee Points of Service and ensure standards are met
  • Engage with guests to exceed expectations
  • Adhere to health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Manage catering services and coordinate events
