Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work no more than 50 hours per week
- Must be people-focused, results-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays occasionally
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain safety and sanitation guidelines
