Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in scheduling and inventory management
- Valid work authorization

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires for hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours scheduling and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation according to established recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
