Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in scheduling and inventory management
  • Valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance

  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires for hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours scheduling and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise food production and preparation according to established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
