Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and labor management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and point of sale systems

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant teams to ensure excellent guest service
  • Monitor and improve restaurant operations focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Train and develop staff to foster career growth and high performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards including Covid-19 protocols
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and community partners
  • Drive sales initiatives and participate in local community involvement programs
