Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or retail management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and labor management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and point of sale systems
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant teams to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor and improve restaurant operations focusing on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Train and develop staff to foster career growth and high performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards including Covid-19 protocols
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and community partners
- Drive sales initiatives and participate in local community involvement programs
