Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two to five years of restaurant management experience
- at least one year of Cracker Barrel experience required
- ability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
- must hold a valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance service quality
- manage inventory to ensure adequate supply and reduce waste
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring staff provide courteous and efficient service
- implement company policies and procedures consistently across all shifts
- monitor and manage restaurant performance including financial goals
