Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two to five years of restaurant management experience
  • at least one year of Cracker Barrel experience required
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
  • must hold a valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of experience within Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work extended hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • valid driver’s license
  • proficiency in inventory management and operational oversight

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance service quality
  • manage inventory to ensure adequate supply and reduce waste
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring staff provide courteous and efficient service
  • implement company policies and procedures consistently across all shifts
  • monitor and manage restaurant performance including financial goals
