Job Duties
- hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members in his/her store
- ensure that our restaurant is safe and professional and that our guests and employees are having fun
- provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members so that each shift runs smoothly
- oversee and ensure all hourly team members' performance is meeting company expectations through constant follow-up and communication
- respond to immediate store needs including handling unexpected issues
- execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store ensuring compliance
- report information to the General Manager through plans of action and goals
