Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience managing a restaurant team
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure

- Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires for hourly positions
- Direct work schedules assign tasks before during and after open hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures for employee and guest safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
