Job Requirements

  • minimum 2-5 years restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year experience at Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to achieve high performance
  • manage inventory and ordering processes
  • ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality
  • maintain operational standards and cleanliness
  • handle scheduling and labor cost controls
  • lead effectively during busy shifts and resolve issues promptly
