Job Requirements
- minimum 2-5 years restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year experience at Cracker Barrel
- ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage both front and back of house operations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
