Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage and lead restaurant staff effectively to maintain high morale and productivity
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profitability
