Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in similar concept management
  • ability to execute and demonstrate all duties of servers, bussers, food runners, bartenders, and hosts
  • knowledge of wines preferred
  • knowledge of cocktail making and spirits preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrates and role-models company core values and leadership principles
  • handles guest concerns, complaints, and needs according to company guidelines
  • addresses guest and staff issues promptly and resolves or escalates as appropriate
  • manages employee performance through coaching, recognition, and corrective action
  • performs duties of manager on duty with presence in dining room and service
  • creates weekly floor charts
  • performs opening and closing duties
  • assists with Micros and R365 updates
  • adds Micros buttons as needed
  • assists GM with wine and liquor ordering and inventory accountability
  • plots Open Table reservations
  • reviews and enters daily Avero logbook
  • organizes dry goods, small wares, and storage areas
  • assists in ordering and inventory control of restaurant supplies
  • assists with beverage product organization in coordination with Beverage Manager
  • leads pre-shift planning in absence of AGM or GM
  • manages back and front of house employees in absence of or with General and Assistant General Managers
  • makes recommendations to improve company operations
  • performs additional duties as assigned by Director of Operations, GM, or AGM
