Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant preferably in fast-casual or a la carte dining
  • must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • proven experience with systems like Toast or other restaurant management software
  • a guest-first mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • solid grasp of basic financials inventory and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations
  • champion a positive high-performing team culture through coaching feedback and mentorship
  • lead the hiring training and onboarding of new team members with a focus on hospitality and consistency
  • maintain strong communication between front and back of house to ensure seamless service
  • uphold cleanliness safety and sanitation standards across all shifts
  • keep accurate records of service staffing maintenance needs and daily performance in manager logs
  • bring a hands-on leadership presence by working a full schedule of opening mid and closing shifts
