Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant preferably in fast-casual or a la carte dining
- must be available to work evenings weekends and holidays
- strong communication and leadership skills
- proven experience with systems like Toast or other restaurant management software
- a guest-first mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- solid grasp of basic financials inventory and scheduling

Job Duties
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations
- champion a positive high-performing team culture through coaching feedback and mentorship
- lead the hiring training and onboarding of new team members with a focus on hospitality and consistency
- maintain strong communication between front and back of house to ensure seamless service
- uphold cleanliness safety and sanitation standards across all shifts
- keep accurate records of service staffing maintenance needs and daily performance in manager logs
- bring a hands-on leadership presence by working a full schedule of opening mid and closing shifts
