Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

- familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading team members, managing efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
- foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and performance
- drive sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by championing refreshingly real hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and promptly resolving concerns to ensure a WOW! experience
- exceed compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor law adherence, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
- own team member development by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and leading ongoing training
