Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading team members, managing efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
  • foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes engagement and performance
  • drive sales and profitability by executing operational strategies, managing labor and food costs, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and efficiency
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences by championing refreshingly real hospitality, anticipating guest needs, and promptly resolving concerns to ensure a WOW! experience
  • exceed compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor law adherence, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
  • own team member development by providing regular feedback, conducting performance evaluations, and leading ongoing training
