Job Requirements
- 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead and develop restaurant team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales and business results through effective operational management
- Support and reinforce Cracker Barrel's hospitality standards and culture
- Collaborate with home office support for resources and problem resolution
