Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in inventory and labor management
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage inventory and supply chain effectively
  • Lead by example to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Resolve guest and team member issues promptly
