Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Lead and inspire restaurant team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching employees
  • Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Support and implement company initiatives and promotions
