Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Lead and inspire restaurant team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching employees
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Support and implement company initiatives and promotions
