Job Requirements

  • At least high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience managing a full-service restaurant in a high-volume environment
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong team
  • Implement food safety and sanitation regulations to comply with health standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock
  • Drive guest satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution
  • Manage the restaurant budget, control costs and maximize profitability
