Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent customer service orientation

  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management
  • ability to work under pressure during busy shifts
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop team members
  • manage inventory and order supplies
  • ensure excellent guest experience and service quality
  • maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • handle scheduling and labor management
  • resolve guest and employee issues promptly
