Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to undergo training period

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Capable of working long hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
