Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic math skills

- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week

Job Duties
- Supervise 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper execution of restaurant operations to meet quality and service standards
- Provide an excellent dining experience by prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Support General Manager in employee selection, training, and retention
- Oversee restaurant sanitation and compliance with health codes
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to optimize operations
- Interpret financial reports and assist in budget management
- Drive sales and profit growth through local marketing efforts and suggestive selling
- Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests and assets
- Resolve guest complaints and employee issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and external regulations
- Promote a culture of teamwork and open communication
