Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years prior restaurant experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining
- prior leadership experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- ability to stand for entire shifts and walk for long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands and fingers to handle objects
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate effectively
- visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock room, and register area
- willingness to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines including CDC, local, and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations including cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, security procedures, financial reports, and schedules
- manage food costs via recipes, portion control, and inventory
- control labor costs using company scheduling tools
- perform all other assigned duties
