Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years prior leadership experience
- prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- ability to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- meet state age requirements for alcohol-serving establishments
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands
- ability to use hands to handle objects
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to verbally communicate
- ability to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
- ability to access all restaurant areas including sales floor, stock, and register areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline employees
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- occasionally assist team members with job duties
- assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues maintaining 100% satisfaction
- assist in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and employees
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- control daily operations including cash control, financial reviews, and scheduling
- control food costs by following recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance
- perform all other assigned duties
