- At least 21 years of age
- minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience in restaurant hotel retail or general business
- ability to obtain ServSafe local and state certifications if not already certified
- preferred bachelor's degree
- preferred 2 or more years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience
