Job Requirements
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- ability to apply common sense and carry out multi-step instructions
- capability to handle cash accurately
- willingness to attend and complete Twin Peaks manager training program
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- availability to work in a fast-paced environment
- adherence to company policies including anti-harassment and discrimination rules
- strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- effective communication skills in English
- proficiency in Spanish is beneficial
- ability to apply common sense and understand multi-step instructions
- ability to deal with both standardized and variable situations
- mathematical skills for cash handling and deposits
- successful completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
- certifications relevant to food and alcohol service
- experience in coaching and motivating teams
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- skills in local marketing and recruitment
Job Duties
- Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
- uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
- ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with the law
- drive sales through excellent operations, marketing, and recruiting
- hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation
- handle cash responsibly including checkouts and bank deposits
- address issues of discrimination or harassment per policy
- maintain a positive work environment
- coach and counsel team members effectively
- teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen and Twin Peaks Girls
- proactively recruit Twin Peaks Girls per Audition Guidelines
- ensure adherence to Steps of Service and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service
- enforce Image & Costume Guidelines
- maintain updated training schedules and materials
- execute training and development programs
- manage Performance Based Scheduling
- practice sound inventory control
- dress and act professionally as a role model
