Job Requirements

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • ability to effectively communicate in English
  • ability to apply common sense and carry out multi-step instructions
  • capability to handle cash accurately
  • willingness to attend and complete Twin Peaks manager training program
  • compliance with health and safety regulations
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • adherence to company policies including anti-harassment and discrimination rules
  • strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
  • effective communication skills in English
  • proficiency in Spanish is beneficial
  • ability to apply common sense and understand multi-step instructions
  • ability to deal with both standardized and variable situations
  • mathematical skills for cash handling and deposits
  • successful completion of Twin Peaks manager training program
  • certifications relevant to food and alcohol service
  • experience in coaching and motivating teams
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • skills in local marketing and recruitment

Job Duties

  • Follow proper Twin Peaks Girl Audition Guidelines
  • uphold cleanliness standards per Health Code and Quality Assurance Checks
  • ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with the law
  • drive sales through excellent operations, marketing, and recruiting
  • hold kitchen staff accountable to safety and sanitation
  • handle cash responsibly including checkouts and bank deposits
  • address issues of discrimination or harassment per policy
  • maintain a positive work environment
  • coach and counsel team members effectively
  • teach, motivate, and coach all team members including kitchen and Twin Peaks Girls
  • proactively recruit Twin Peaks Girls per Audition Guidelines
  • ensure adherence to Steps of Service and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service
  • enforce Image & Costume Guidelines
  • maintain updated training schedules and materials
  • execute training and development programs
  • manage Performance Based Scheduling
  • practice sound inventory control
  • dress and act professionally as a role model
